Last updated: August 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Gabber LLC ("Gabber LLC", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Gabber (the "Service"), available at https://www.gabber.studio. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Who We Are

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

  • Name and email address
  • Mobile phone number (used to deliver the SMS features described in Section 6)
  • Account credentials
  • Content you submit to the Service (for example, social posts, links, and media you ask us to analyze)
  • Communication and marketing preferences

Information we collect automatically

  • Device and browser information
  • Log data and usage activity
  • Cookies and similar technologies

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Create and manage your account and workspaces
  • Process the content you submit and return results
  • Send you text messages you have requested or consented to (see Section 6)
  • Send technical notices, updates, and support messages
  • Respond to your questions and provide customer support
  • Monitor usage, prevent abuse, and secure the Service
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited cases:

  • Service providers who process data on our behalf to operate the Service (for example, hosting, analytics, payment processing, email and SMS delivery, and artificial-intelligence and machine-learning providers that process the content you submit to generate results), under contractual confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
  • Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Mobile opt-in data is excluded from all sharing for marketing. See Section 6 — we never share or sell your mobile phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Information You Provide About Third Parties

If you submit content that references other people or accounts (for example, public social media handles or posts), you are responsible for ensuring you have any rights necessary to do so.

6. SMS / Text Messaging

When you provide your mobile phone number and opt in — for example, by creating an account at https://www.gabber.studio/sign-up and agreeing to receive communications, or by texting our number — you consent to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Gabber. What to expect:

  • Program description. Gabber sends recurring automated account and service messages such as audit and idea results, processing status updates, and onboarding help related to your use of the Service.
  • Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity.
  • Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.
  • Opting out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. To opt back in, contact support@gabber.studio.
  • Customer care. Contact us at support@gabber.studio.
  • Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile information is never shared for marketing or sold. We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number or your text-messaging opt-in and consent data with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. The only parties that handle your messaging data are the service providers that help us operate the messaging program (such as our SMS delivery provider), and only so that we can deliver the messages you have requested.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your personal information
  • Port your data
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
